【Abstract】 Evaluating tenders of project is an improtant part of public bidding. In the meantime, evaluating tenders is also a course of decision. This process plays a decisive role in selecting public bidding unit. On the basis of practical example, the multi-criteria fuzzy decision is applied to evaluate tenders from the angle of public bidding unit.
