有晶状体眼前房人工晶状体植入矫正超高度近视

【摘要】 目的 观察有晶状体眼前房人工晶状体植入矫正超高度近视的临床效果。方法  11例 18眼近视度数 -11.0 0~ - 30 .0 0 D(平均 - 2 1.2 5 D)的超高度近视患者在表麻下前房内植入 Phakic- 6 H- 12 5型人工晶状体 ,随访 6~ 12个月 (平均 9.7月 )。结果  18眼术后裸眼视力均≥术前矫正视力 ,2者比较差别有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。术后散光明显减轻 ,与术前相比较差别有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。手术前后眼压比较差别无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。 3眼轻微瞳孔变形 ,1例 2眼出现眩光感。结论 初步观察有晶状体眼前房人工晶状体植入矫正超高度近视具有安全、稳定及可预测性 ,是一种颇具前途的矫正超高度近视的手术。不适宜作准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术的超高度近视患者可谨慎选择该手术

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical effect of implanting Phakic 6H 125 anterior chamber intraocular lens (PACLs) in anterior chamber to correct superhigh myopia .Methods Eleven cases (18 eyes) of superhigh myopia patients with -11.00 to-30.00D (averaging -21.25D) received PACLs implantation in anterior chamber with surface anesthesia, following up 6~12 months ( averaging 9.7 months).Results After the operation ,naked visions of 18 eyes were better than or equal to preoperation corrective vision (0 64>0 39). There was significant difference between them ( P <0 05).Astigmatism relieved obviously after the operation .The difference was significant compared with that before the operation ( P <0.05). The difference of intraocular pressure before and after the operation was not significant ( P> 0.05). Slight pupil deformation occurred in three eyes and dazzling sensation occurred in one case (both eyes).Conclusion Preliminary observation shows that implanting PACLs in anterior chamber to correct superhigh myopia is safe, stable and predictable . This operation to correct superhigh myopia is promising .The superhigh myopia patiens who are not fit for laser in situ keratomileusis can cautiously select this kind of operation.
