【摘要】 目的 :评价乳腺立体定位核心针活检和留置导丝指导手术的临床应用价值。方法:应用乳腺 X线机对13例乳腺疾病患者中共 15个病灶进行立体定位核心针穿刺活检及病灶内留置导丝指导手术 ,并将结果与手术病理结果对照。 结果:定位穿刺活检 10例患者中 11个病灶 ,诊断结果与手术标本病理结果完全一致 ,准确率为10 0 % ;定位留置导丝 3例 4个隐匿性病灶 ,均在术后证实了定位的准确性。 结论:乳腺 X线立体定位术既能在术前明确病变的性质 ,又可指导隐匿性病灶的手术切除 ,对于乳腺疾病的早期诊断和治疗具有良好的应用前景更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the stereotactic core needle biopsy(SCNB) and hook wire location guidance breast surgery through mammography stereotactic puncture. Methods: Thirteen patients with 15 suspected breast lesions were examined by SCNB or wire location. The pre operative diagnosis were reviewed with the surgical pathology. Results: The diagnosis of SCNB was consisted with the surgical pathology completely, the diagnostic accuracy of this method was 100%; indwelling wire placed in 4 lesions were all conformed by operation. Conclusion: The mammography stereotactic could not only category the character of lesions before operation but also guide operation of non palpable lesions. It has a good prospect in early diagnosis and therapy of breast lesions.更多还原
