【摘要】 目的:观察琼脂类和藻酸盐类印模材联合印模法在桩核烤瓷冠中的应用效果。方法 :对 30例 4 1颗残冠、残根用寒天琼脂印模材、藻酸盐印模材联合印模法取模 ,采用间接法制作铸造桩核并随后制作烤瓷冠 ,进行疗效观察及相关问题的讨论。 结果 :4 1颗残冠、残根的铸造桩核就位顺利 ,烤瓷冠边缘密合 ,临床效果良好。 结论 :联合印模法降低了桩核烤瓷冠的操作难度 ,具有操作简便、精确、价格低廉、节省时间的优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical result of the method of combined impression used in post and core PFM crowns. Methods: In 41 residual roots of 30 cases, using agar and alginate impression material taking combined impression, applying indirect method to make casting post and core and then PFM crowns. To observe the clinical result and discuss the related problem. Results: Post and core inserted smoothly, PFM crowns border sealed. Conclusions: The method of combined impression reduces the difficulty of post and core PFM crowns operating and gets good clinical result.更多还原
