鸡冠花色素的提取与分离方法的初步研究
A Preliminary Study on the Methods of Extraction and Separation of Celosia Cristata L.Pigment
【摘要】 本文以鸡冠花 [Celosia cristata L.]花序为实验材料 ,以水作提取溶剂 ,采用正交法设计实验组合 ,按正交表 L1 6(4 5)对提取温度、提取时间和物料配比等三个因子 ,每个因子四个水平进行实验 ,采用硅胶柱层析法和薄层层析法对色素提取液进行分离纯化。结果发现 :鸡冠花色素的提取温度以 2 5℃ ,提取时间以 2 h,物料配比以 1∶ 15为提取该色素的最佳条件 ;鸡冠花色素提取液可分离出鸡冠花红色素、鸡冠花黄色素、果胶等三种物质
【Abstract】 This paper reports the preliminary study on the methods of extraction and separation of Celosia cristata L.pigment.The experiment has involved a study of the time,temperature and burdening ratio of extraction of the material by the contrast experiments of varied combinations,using water as extractant and the inflorescence of Celosia cristata L.as experimental material.And the pigments are separated and purified by silica gel chromatography and thin-layer chromatography.The result shows that the optimum conditions for extracting Celosia cristata L.pigment is that the temperature is 25℃ ,the time of extraction is 2h,and the burdening ratio is 1∶15.It also shows that three matters can be separated from the extraction solution of Celosia cristata L.Pigment.They are the red pigment of Celosia cristata L.,the orange pigment of Celosia cristata L.and the pectin.
