系数倍率双波长标准加入法同时测定镁和锌的研究
Simultaneous Spectrophotometric Determination of Zinc and Magnesium by k-Factor Dual-wavelength
【摘要】 本实验是一种同时测定镁和锌的新方法 ,在氨性缓冲溶液中 ,显色剂邻苯二酚紫与镁、锌形成蓝色络合物 ,其最大吸收波长均在 63 5 nm,本方法选择 63 5 nm为测定波长 ,680 nm为参比波长 ,按系数倍率双波长标准加入法原理处理数据 ,实现了镁和锌的同时测定 ,并应用该法直接测定了水中镁和锌的含量 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 A new method for simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of zinc and magnesium is proposed.Magnesium and zinc can form color complexes with cattalo in weak alkaline medium,their colored complexes have maximun absorption at the wavelength of 635nm,and absorption spectra overlaps each other seriously.In this method the absorbance of colored complexes is measured at wavelength of 635nm and 680nm,and the date is treated by the principle of the K factor dual wavelength standard addition method.The proposed method has been applied to the simultaneous determination of trace amounts of magnesium and zinc in water,and the satisfactory results are obtained.
