【摘要】 目的　探讨城市女孩月经初潮早发的相关影响因素 ,为采取干预措施和健康教育提供理论依据。　方法　采用 1∶2配比的病例对照研究方法对 12 3例月经初潮早发女孩和 2 46例对照进行调查 ,对所有调查因素进行单因素及多因素条件logistic回归分析。　结果　单因素分析中有 13个因素有显著意义 ,其中 5个因素进入多因素分析 ,依次是 :家庭人均食品支出、体块指数、母亲初潮年龄、家庭亲密度实际状况与理想的距离、家庭适应性实际状况。　结论　女孩月经初潮早发不仅与遗传、营养、体脂等因素有关 ,也与心理社会因素有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the influencing factors of early menarche among girls in the city zone of Harbin cond to provide theoretical basis for adopting intervention measure and carrying out health education. Methods A 1:2 matched case-control study on 123 girls with early menarche were conducted.Conditioned logistic regressions of unirariate and multiveriate were to analyze influencing factors of early menarche. Results Results of simple logistic regression showed early menarche were significantly related with 13 factors.The results of stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that factors entered the regression model were family per capita food expenses,BMI indes,mother’s menarcheal age,the gap between actual and ideal family cohesion score,and family adaptability score,etc. Conclusion Not only heredity,nutrition and body fat but also psychosocial factors are linked to the early onset of menstruation.更多还原
