【摘要】 目的　了解大连市城市小学生意外伤害的现状 ,为有针对性地采取有效措施提供科学依据。方法　采用整群抽样的方法 ,收集大连市 2所小学一～六年级的小学生 1998年 1月 1日～ 2 0 0 0年 12月 30日期间意外伤害发生情况的资料。结果　 1998年、1999年和2 0 0 0年小学生意外伤害发生率分别为 12 .0 5‰、4 .86‰和 9.79‰ ;男生意外伤害发生率显著高于女生 ;跌伤在意外伤害中占 36 .14 % ,居首位 ;意外伤害发生地点主要在学校 ;意外伤害入院率为 37.35% ;人均缺课 4 .2 3d。结论　大连市城市小学生意外伤害的发生以跌伤为主 ,男生显著高于女生。应针对意外伤害发生原因及重点人群采取有效措施 ,减少儿童意外伤害的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to study the prevalence and causes of accidental injuries among urban pupils in Dalian city and to provide scientific basis for developing effective interventions.Methods A cluster sampling study was conducted among 7～12-year-old children in two primary schools in Dalian City,data were collected on accidental injuries during the period of l, l, 1998 to 30, 12, 2000.Results The incidence rates of injuries were 12.05%, 4.86% and 9.79% in 1998, 1999 and 2000 respectively. The rate of injuries was higher among schoolboys than among schoolgirls. Falls was the leading types of accidental injuries (36.14%). Injuries occurred were mainly at school. The rate of hospitalization due to accidental injuries was 37.35%; the average number of days of school absences was 4.23 day. Conclusions Falls is the leading types of accidental injuries; the rate of injuries was higher among schoolboys than among schoolgirls. Some effective preventive measures targeting the leading causes and the risk population shouldbe implemented to prevent school-based accidental injuries.更多还原
