【摘要】 目的　了解低年级医学生的心理卫生状况 ,为学校健康教育和心理咨询提出建议。方法　采用症状自评量表对安徽医科大学 898名一年级医学生进行调查 ,并与国内同年龄组常模进行比较。结果　普教医学生各因子均分及总均分皆低于国内青年常模 ,成教低年级医学生各因子均分及总均分都高于国内青年常模 ;在抑郁、焦虑、恐怖 3个因子上 ,男生的均分显著低于女生 ;此外 ,成教男生在精神病性因子上均分也显著低于女生。结论　应在医学院校大学新生中开展心理健康教育的基础上 ,着重加强对女生及成教医学生的心理辅导和咨询更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand mental health status of students at first grade and to offer suggestions for health education and psychological counseling.Methods A questionnaire survey was performed among students of first grade in Anhui Medical University by symptom checklist, the results were compared with those from the national corresponding norm.Results Undergraduate student had lower while adult education students had higher the total score and scores in all items compared with the national norm. Scores in dumps, worry and horror were lower for male students than female students. Adult education male students than female students had lower score in psychopath.Conclusions Mental health education should commence among students at first grade. Psychological guidance and consultation should be provided, especially for female students and adult education students.更多还原
