【摘要】 [目的]探索后装近距离放射治疗脑胶质瘤的疗效及对脑组织的影响。[方法]39例脑胶质瘤进行后装放射治疗。开颅肿瘤切除术中置管29例 ,CT引导下立体定向置管10例。放射源为高剂量率 192 铱 ,每次8Gy～10Gy,总量30Gy～50Gy,1～2周内完成。[结果]近期疗效 :头痛、呕吐或偏瘫临床改善率为77.8% ;未见明显的放射并发症。1、3、5年生存率分别为87.17 %、51.28%、43.5%。[结论]脑胶质瘤高剂量率后装放射治疗可提高疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effects of brachytherapy for brain gliomas. Thirty-nine cases of brain gliomas were treated by HDR brachytherapy.Intra-operation brachytherapy was perfomed in 29 cases and 10 cases underwent CT-guided stereotactic. The radiation source was high dose rate 192Ir. All patients received 8～10Gy/F, to a total dose of 30～50Gy/4～5F with in 1～2 weeks. Assessment of short-term effect of brachytherapy showed:the total clinical amelioration rate of headache,vomiting,hemiplegia was 77.8%. No acute or chronic radiation side effect was observed in the follow up. The 1_,3_,5_ year survival rates were 87.17%,51.28%,43.5% respectively.[Conclusions] The result shows that HDR brachytherapy of brain gliomas can improve therapeutic effect.更多还原
