【摘要】 [目的]观察氨磷汀的毒副反应。[方法]193例恶性肿瘤患者 ,随机分为两组 ,观察组化疗前应用氨磷汀 ,对照组单用化疗。[结果]观察组出现轻度一过性血压下降 ,未到低血压程度 ;恶心、呕吐两组无明显差异 ;观察组14.7%患者出现低血钙 ,14天时恢复正常 ,以上反应均可预防。[结论]氨磷汀有一定副反应 ,可以预防 ,患者可以耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the side effects and prophylaxis of Amifostine. One hundred and ninty three patients with malignant tumor were divided into treatment group treated by amifostine before chemotherapy and control group which treated by chemotherapy alone. A light and temporality hypotension occurred in treatment group, but the patient blood pressure was normal;there were no significant difference in nause and vomiting between two groups;14.7% patients in treatment group had hypocalcemia and got to normal in 14 days. These side effects could be prevented before hand.[Conclusion] Amifostine has some side effects which can be prevented and are tolerable.更多还原
