【摘要】 目的 :观察冠心病患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)和内皮素 -1(ET-1)在发病时和治疗后含量的变化。方法 :以放射免疫法测定 12例急性心肌梗死 (AI)、3 3例心绞痛 (AP)患者发病第 1天和治疗后第 7天的 CGRP及ET-1含量 ,并与 2 0例正常人对照。结果 :AMI组和 AP组第 1天 CGRP较对照组增高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,两组的 ET-1明显增高 ,有非常显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。治疗后第 7天两组数据与对照组相比无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :CGRP与ET-1在冠心病发病早期均有不同程度地增高 ,两者之间显著正相关 ,并与冠心病的严重程度相关更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the changes in calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) and endothelin 1(ET 1) in plasma from coronary heart disease patients at the time of onset and after the treatment. METHODS:The CGRP and ET 1 contents of 12 acute myocardial infarction (AMI) cases and 33 angina pectoris(AP) cases were meaesured by radioimmunoassay on the first day of onset and the seventh day after the treatment. Meanwhile,the plasma from 20 normal people was used as the control. RESULTS:On the first dog,the contents of CGRP from groups of AMI and AP patients were higher than those from the normal control( P <0.05),and the contents of ET 1 from the two groups increased obviously. There was a significant difference between them( P <0 01). After 7 days of treatment,the results between the patients and normal controls showed no significant difference( P >0.05). CONCLUSION:Both CGRP and ET 1 increase at the early stage of the disease,and they are positively related with the seriousness of coronary heart disease.更多还原
