【Abstract】 The thought "shielding relatives from punishment" ,which is accepted in the criminal law of many countries, stems from the natural affection toward one’s relatives and is influenced by many factors such as economy,politics,culture,morality and so on.The thought also conforms to the economical principle of punishment and embodies the humane spirit of sympathizing and forgiveing the weak and for these reasons it should be embraced in criminal legislation.更多还原
