铸渗法制造表面耐磨复合材料的工艺进展
Progress of Using Cast-Penetrating Process to Obtain Wear-Resistant Surface on the Castings
【摘要】 与其他表面强化方法相比,铸渗工艺可使铸件在铸造过程中即可实现表面强化,具有工艺简单、成本低廉、硬化层深且耐磨性优良等特点。从成分、涂层、工艺出品率、厚度等方面分析了该方法工艺参数的选择,并对该工艺的发展方向作了探讨。
【Abstract】 Compare with other surface-strengthening process,the cast-penetrating process has some advantages including:surfacestrengthening can be realized during the cast process;the process is simple;hardening layer is deep and wear-resistance is excellent.The selection of composition,coating layer thickness was introduced,and the development direction was discussed.
