【摘要】 目的:分析脑型肺吸虫的CT表现及其与临床症状和治疗的关系。材料与方法:28例肺吸虫患者,经CT常规和增强扫描检查,部分经药物治疗后复查。结果:脑型肺吸虫CT表现划分为4型:脑膜型、转移瘤型、脑囊肿型和混合型,脑膜型和转移瘤型药物治疗预后较好,而脑囊肿型较差。结论:按照脑膜型、转移瘤型、脑囊肿型和混合型划分更能体现肺吸虫病脑部的病理形态变化,并为临床治疗提供指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To analyze the CT findings of cerebral paragonimiasis its clinical manifestation and the relationship between them. Materials and Methods: 28 Cases of cerebral paragonimiasis had routine and enhanced CT scaning before and after medication treatment. Results: CT findings of cerebral paragonimiasis can be divided into four subtypes: meningeal, metastatic, cystic and mixed the meningeal and metastatic subtypes had good predictions while the cystic subtypes had bad prediction. Conclusion: Dividing the cerebral paragonimiasis into four subtypes (meningeal, metastatic, cystic and mixed) can present better pathologic morphologic changes information and provide an alternative indication for the clinical medication treatment.更多还原
