【Abstract】 The CAD4 (Computer Automated Diffractometer-4-circle of the Single Crystal Structure Analysis)made by ENRAF NONIUS Co. Of Holland, has been retrofited lack of core technical message. Finging out the structural and control mechanism, we make full use of Host and HV generator, and use modern microcomputers and updated softwares to control them and process data. It makes this meter, which was often in out of order and has run for more than 10 years, run well now, and the updated retrofit of software and hardware makes the analytical results of this instrument reach a higher level.更多还原
