【摘要】 目的 :观察含有季胺盐阳离子表面活性杀菌剂的杀菌牙膏对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的杀灭效果。方法 :用载体试验法测定杀菌牙膏对金黄色葡萄球菌 ATCC6 5 38、大肠杆菌 80 99和真菌代表株白色念珠菌 ATCC10 2 31株的杀灭作用 ,以及有机物对牙膏杀菌作用的影响。结果 :试验结果发现杀菌牙膏在 0 .5 min内对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的杀灭率分别为 99.98%、 99.97%、 99.98% ,作用 2 min杀灭率可全部达到 10 0 % ;有机物影响试验表明牙膏对含2 5 %、 5 0 %小牛血清的金黄色葡萄球菌作用 1分钟杀灭率分别为 99.96 %和 99.90 % ,未加小牛血清的金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为 99.98% ,显示有机物对牙膏的杀菌作用有轻度的影响。结论 :杀菌牙膏对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及白色念珠菌有较好的杀菌效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe of germicidal efficacy to staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 strain,E.coli 8099 strain and Candida albicans ATCC 10231.strain,by a toothpaste with bactericide of quaternary ammonium positive suface active compounds.Methods:A carrier test was used for testing killing action to staph,aureus,E.coli and candida albicans by the toothpaste,and influence of organism to killing effects was tested.Results:It were founds that the killing rate 99 98% for E.Coli,99 97% for staph,aureus and 99 98% for candida albicans then acted to 30 sconds,the killing rate 100% for above three tested microorganisums then acted to 2 min.There was a small influencing to killing action then test microorganisum suspension contained cattle serum for 25% and 50%,the killing rates were 99 96% and 99 90% respectively,but the killing rate was 99 98% then test microorganisum suspension non cattle serum,acting 1 min.更多还原
