【摘要】 目的 :评价新云三七速溶粉对大鼠化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 :按《保健食品功能评价程序和检验方法》,将雄性 Wistar大鼠随机分为三个受试物剂量组 (1.2 5 g/kg、 3.75 g/kg和 7.5 g/kg)及肝损伤模型对照组、阴性对照组进行试验 ,连续 30日按 2 % (v/w)灌胃给予受试物后 ,测定血生化指标 ,进行肝组织病理切片检查并辅以酶组织化学检查。结果 :高剂量组动物血清 AL T水平较模型对照组显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,肝细胞坏死较模型对照组明显减轻 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,膜酶 5 - N 、 ATPase、 SDH、 NADPH活性均较模型对照组高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :新云三七速溶粉对四氯化碳所致大鼠肝组织损伤具有一定辅助保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the protective effects of Instant Powder of Xinyun Panax Notoginseng against chemical induced damages on hepatocytes of rat.Methods:Male Wistar rats were randomly allocated to five groups,i.e.,1 25g/kg·bw?3 75g/kg·bw and 7 50g/kg·bw dosages of Xinyun Panax Notoginseng,CCl 4 model control and negative control.Xinyun Panax Notoginseng was fed to the rats through gavage (2%(v/w)) continuously for 30 days.On execution of the animals,serum biochemical indexes were examined and pathological and enzyme histochemical assays were carried out.Results:Level of serum ALT and putrescence of hepatocytes in 7 50g/kg·bw dosage fed rats was lowered down compared to that of rats treated with CCl 4 only( P< 0.05).Activities of membranous enzymes of hepatocytes,i.e.5-N?ATPase?SDH?NADPH in 7 50g/kg·bw dosage fed rats were enhanced compared to that of rats treated with CCl4 only( P< 0.05).Conclusion:Instant Powder of Xinyun Panax Notoginseng has certain protective effects against CCl 4 induced damages on hepatocytes of rat.更多还原
