【摘要】 目的 :了解职业高中学生有关性病艾滋病的知识态度行为等情况 ,为开展学校性病艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法 :于 2 0 0 1年 5月对成都市某职业高中的 5 5 7名学生作了问卷调查。结果 :6 8.8%的学生赞成学校开展性教育 ;学生性知识的来源主要是大众媒介、朋友间交谈及学校课堂等 ;5 5 .9%～ 6 8.4 %的学生对婚前性行为等问题态度不明确 ,约一半学生有过边缘性行为 ,有过性行为的占 13.8% ;学生对性病的主要传播途径的正答率仅 4 8.8% ;对艾滋病三大传播途径的知晓率达 85 .0 %～ 94 .2 % ,但对非传播途径的正答率较低 ,82 .8%的学生对艾滋病感染者和病人有歧视态度。结论 :对职高学生进行性病艾滋病健康教育不仅符合学生的需求 ,而且十分必要 ,同时学校还应大力开展同伴教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To get basic information of knowledge,attitude and practice concerning sex-transmitted diseases and AIDS of occupational school students to facilitate school health education on AIDS.Method:A questionnaire investigation was made in May 2001 among 557 students in an occupational school in Chengdu.Results:68.8%students approved offering sex education in school;the major resources of sex knowledge of the students were mass medium,conversation among friends and school lessons etc.55.9%～68.4% students did not have very clear attitudes toward youngsters sex behavior;about half of the students had had the marginal sex behavior experience,and 13.8% had sex experience.The awareness percent of the main transmitting path of sex-transmitted diseases was 48.8%;and that of the three main transmitting paths of AIDS was 85.0%～94.2%,but that of the non-transmitting paths relatively low;82.8%students showed discriminative attitude toward the carriers and patients of AIDS.Conclusion:To give the occupational school students health education on sex-transmitted diseases and AIDS was very necessary,and school should offer peer education when possible.更多还原
