【摘要】 目的 :为老年人群慢性病防治和生活质量的改善提供科学依据。方法 :采用多级抽样调查和 logistic回归分析方法对 110 9名老年人慢性病状况及对日常生活功能的影响进行研究。结果 :1慢性病患病率为 6 7.2 % ,大多患 2种以上 ,前五位依次为高血压、心脏病、白内障、骨质疏松和胃肠疾病 ;2日常生活功能 ADL 和 IADL 损害率分别为 8.0 %和 43.6 % ;3对 ADL 损害有显著意义的因素有高血压、脑血管病、精神病、白内障、泌尿系疾病和肿瘤 ,对 IADL 损害有显著意义的因素有年龄、脑血管病和肿瘤 ,ADL 和 IADL 的影响因素有较大差别 ,而且其与患病率高低、患多少种病并无一致的对应关系。结论 :老年人慢性病患病率高 ,不少疾病对日常生活功能造成明显损害 ,而疾病的性质可能所起作用较大 ,应采取适宜的策略和和措施防治慢性病更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide evidence for preventing the chronic disease and promoting the quality of life among elderly population.Methods:The situation of the chronic diseases and the affection of the ability of daily life of 1109 elderly people were studied by using multilevel sampling investigation and the Logistic regression analysis.Results:(1) The prevalence rate of the chronic diseases was 67.2%.Most of the patients suffered from two kinds of them or more.Hypertension,Cardiopathy,Cataract,Osteoporosis and Gastroenteropathy are ahead 5 kinds orderly.(2)The rate of function disability for activities of daily living(ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living(IADL) were 8.0% and 43.6%,respectively.(3)The factors affecting ADL markedly included Hypertension,cerebrovascular disease,psychopathy,cataract,urinary disease and tumor,which were fairly different from those of IADL including age,cerebrovascular disease and tumor.Furthermore,the factors had no parallel relationship with prevalence rate, as well as with the more or less kinds of disease they suffered from.Conclusion:There was high prevalence rate of chronic disease among the elderly population,whose ability of daily life were affected significantly,and the affection was comparatively related to the character of the diseases.So we should take appropriate policy and measure to prevent and cure the chronic disease.更多还原
