【摘要】 目的 :探讨卫生专业机构管理干部岗位培训模式。方法 :对全国从事卫生管理及教育研究的专家采用了特尔菲法问卷调查 ,并对卫生机构参加和未参加过卫生管理培训的卫生管理干部进行了问卷及现场调查。结果 :对培训方式进行讨论 ,就培训时间、教材的选择、教学内容选择、教学方式、考核方式等问题进行分析。结论 :提出相应的建议更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to investigate the mode of health major institute management cadre’s situation training.Method:We adopted Telphi to study the specialists whose major are health management and education research in our whole country, and used both questionnaire and present investigation to study those health manager who have taken part in the training of health management and who haven’t.Results:we only focus on and analyse the training pattern,which includes training time, chosen of the education material, chosen of what should be delivered, education pattern, examination pattern and so on.Conclusion:we provided some corresponding suggestions.更多还原
