【摘要】 目的 :探索甲型肝炎爆发原因。方法 :对某村甲型肝炎爆发进行爆发的流行病学调查。结果 :该村查出甲型肝炎 37例 ,均为 7岁以下儿童 ,发病率为 15 .74‰ (11.0 6‰～ 2 1.70‰ )。结论 :建议广泛开展健康教育 ,严格管理甲型肝炎传染源更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Explore break cause of hepatitis A in a village.Methods:Investigation on hepatitis A outbreak in Nanying village was made.Results:There were 37 patients with hepatits A in this village.They were lese than 7 years old.Incidence rate,hepatitis A in this village,was 15 74‰(11 06‰～21 70‰).Conclusion:Health education would ought to be developed extensively for village men;source of infection for hepatitis A should be managed strictly.更多还原
