【摘要】 目的 :了解人群白喉、破伤风的免疫水平 ,为制定免疫策略提供依据。方法 :用间接血凝法对 1997年宜昌市健康人群 2 12人进行了白喉、破伤风抗体检测。结果 :在 2～ 15岁人群中达到了较高的抗体水平 ,高年龄组高于低年龄组 ;成人组与非成人组之间免疫水平差异高度显著。结论 :保持高的免疫接种率能有效的预防和控制白喉、破伤风等疾病的发生 ,加强免疫可提高人群免疫水平更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the immune level of diphtheria and tetanus of the population,as well as provide dependence for constituting immune policy,a serological survey on diphtheria and tetanus antibody level was carried out in 212 normal populations in Yichang city in 1997 by IHA.The results showed that the antibody level of 2～15 years age group was the highest,the older group was higher than the younger.And the antibody level of the child group was much higher than the adult.That result proved that it was effective to prevent and control disease such as diphtheria and tetanus by high vaccinate rate,and to increase the immune level of the population by routine immunization.更多还原
