【摘要】 目的 :测定安神补脑液中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法 :HPLC法 ,Discovery C18柱 (15 0 mm× 4.6mm) ,乙腈 -水 (2 4∶ 76)为流动相 ;检测波长为 2 70 nm。结果 :线性范围 0 .175 -1.75 μg,平均回收率为 10 1.95 % ,RSD=1.5 %。结论 :上述方法简便、重现性好。可用于本品的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To determine Icariin in the Anshenbunaoye. METHOD:HPLC.Discovery C18.The mobile phase was CH 3CN H 2O(24∶76).The detective wavelength was 270nm.RESULTS:The linear range was 0.175 1.75μg.The average recovery was 101.95%,RSD=1.5%.CONCLUSION:The method was simple and reliable with good repeatability and could be used for the quality control of this oral liquid.更多还原
