【摘要】 目的 :考察了室温下 8h内 ,恩丹西酮注射液与 2种抗癌药物 (阿霉素、表阿霉素 )的相互作用。方法 :采用紫外分光度法测定配伍后 8h内不同时间恩丹西酮注射液与 2种抗癌药物的含量及吸收曲线变化情况 ,同时观察外观并测定 pH值以及薄层层析检查。结果 :在室温条件下 ,0 8h内混合液的外观、pH值、吸收曲线及含量均无明显变化 ,薄层层析检查未见杂斑。 结论 :室温下 8h内恩丹西酮注射液可与上述 2种药物在生理盐水中配伍作用更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To inspect the mutual action of Ondansetron with Pharmorubicin, Doxorubicin at room temperature 25℃ for 8 hours in 0.9% NaCl solution. METHOD:Ondansetron with Pharmorubicin, Doxorubicinat was determined by UV-spectrophotometry and the pH was determined with a pH meter. At the same time, TLC was employed for the determination. RESULTS:There was no evident changes in appearance pH and spectrum at room temperature 25℃ within 0-8 hours. There was no new substance formed according to the results by TLC. CONCLUSION:Ondansetron with Pharmorubicin, Doxorubicinat in 0.9% NaCl can be composed.更多还原
