【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To determine drug contents by HPLC with E 1% 1cm . METHOD:Study the influnce of the kinds, ratio, pH of mobile phase and properities of drugs on the respond factors of recorder. RESULTS:K is a constant for a certain instrument, column and recorder. CONCLUSION:Drugs content can be determinated by HPLC with E 1% 1cm directly.(C=SF/KE 1% 1cm V)?There is no difference when determining SMZ, TMP in SMZ, compared with reference.更多还原
