【摘要】 目的 :研究崩解剂交联聚维酮对维A酸片溶出度的影响。方法 :采用交联聚维酮不同用量 ,不同加入方法 ,放置时间和再次加工。结果 :交联聚维酮不同用量 ,不同加入方法对溶出度有显著影响 ,放置时间和再次加工对溶出度无影响。结论 :应用交联聚维酮应考虑其用量和加入方法更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study crospovidone effect on the dissolution rate of tretinoin tabets. METHOD:It is tested with the different contents of crospovidone,the different manufactured ways, the stored times, and tablets re preparation. RESULTS:There were significantly effects on the dissolution of tretinoin tablets by the different content of crospovidone and the different manufactured way, but the effects is not significantly by the stored time and made tables again. CONCLUSION:The content and manufacture way should be considered when crospovidone is applied.更多还原
