【摘要】 目的 :确定芪术口服液的最佳工艺条件。方法 :采用正交设计方法 ,对制备工艺进行了优化。结果 :最佳工艺条件为加水量每次为生药重的 9倍 ,煎煮 3次 ,沸煮 4 0min ,浓缩至含生药量 0 .8g/ml,醇沉浓度为 4 8%。 结论 :本研究实验结果可靠 ,最佳工艺条件适合批量生产更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To confirm the best procedure to Qishu oral liquid.METHOD:The procedure was optimized by Orthoral test.RESULTS:The best condition for manufacture procedure is to apply water nine times of the weight of original medicinal meterials, marinate for 20min, cook for three times, 40min each time, and finally condensed to 0.8g/ml.
