大红釉性能的测试和研究

【摘要】 采用高温型硫硒化镉包裹色料成功地开发出了性能优良、呈色鲜艳且高温稳定的大红釉艺术瓷系列;采用色度色差仪和图象分析仪对瓷釉的颜色和表面形貌进行了观察和测定;采用热膨胀仪测定了瓷釉的热膨胀系数;采用观察显微镜测定了釉层的厚度。结果表明,大红釉的性能优良,呈色鲜艳。

【Abstract】 Changsha Hua Hong Industry Co. Ltd. successfully developed a series of art porcelain of red glazes which have super characteristics and rich colors and are stable at high temperature using hard-fire packing stains of cadmium sulphselinide. The colors of the porcelain glazes and the surface morphology, were observed and measured using the Colority and Color Difference tester. The thermal expansion coefficient and the thichness of porcelain glazes were tested by using the thermal expansion tester and observing-microscope respectively. All those show that the characteristics of red glazes are excellent with rich-brilliant colors.
