介质对铝塑复合管性能的影响
INFLUENCE OF MEDIUM ON THE PROPERTIES OF AL/PLASTIC PIPE
【摘要】 对铝塑复合管 (冷水管 )的耐腐蚀性能和管强度进行了考察 ,试验证明 :铝塑复合管对各种工业常用试剂的耐腐蚀性能优良 ,浸泡 94h后腐蚀量在 0 .1mg/cm2 以内 ;静内压强度达 2 .48MPa ,爆破强度可达 8.0MPa以上 ,管环拉伸强度达 2 .4kN ,能达到行业标准 ,可用于温度低于 60℃的非氧化腐蚀性工业流体输送
【Abstract】 The corrossion resistance and strength of Al-plastic pipe(cool water pipe)are examined. The results show that Al/Plastic pipe has a good property of anticorrossion to several kinds of common reagent, and the maximum corrosion is smaller than 0.1mg/cm\+2 after 94 hours’ exposure to reagent. The static internal pressure, bursting strength, and hoop tensile strength are 2.48MPa, 8.0MPa, and 2.4kN respectively, satisfying the transportation of non-oxidized corrosive industrial liquid below 60℃.
