【摘要】 目的　应用经阴道超声检查诊断异位妊娠 ,评估经阴道超声对异位妊娠的早期诊断价值 .方法　 5 4例异位妊娠病人 ,均先经腹部超声检查 (TAS) ,再经阴道超声检查 (TVS)对比分析并描述了超声波特征分型 .结果　根据病程的不同时期 ,声像图表现为 3种不同类型 ,据此 5 4例患者超声诊断为异位妊娠TAS 4 2例 ,TVS 5 2例 ,诊断符合率为TAS 77.8%、TVS 96 .3% .结论　阴道超声对异位妊娠早期诊断有较高的价值 ,是早期异位妊娠简单、有效的首选检查方法 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To diagnose ectopic pregnancy with transvaginal ultrasonography and appraise its resolution in early the diagnosis of heterotopic pregnancy. Methods 54 patients, which had been hospitalized and diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy through surgery and pathology, were detected first with transabdominal sonography(TAS), then with TVS.comparative analysis was made and ultrasound character. Results There are three different kinds of acoustic images in different phases. The results showed that diagnosed as ectopic pregnacy 42 with TAS,and 52 with TVS ;and the rates of accordance were 77.8% and 96.3%,respectively. Conclusions The results showed that TVS is superior to TAS in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,and it is a simple, effective and first-choice method in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
