【摘要】 目的　分析拔牙矫治在临床中的应用情况 ,了解拔牙理念对拔牙比例的影响。方法　选择 1995年～ 2 0 0 0年 4 0 0例恒牙期错牙合病例分为两组 (1995年～ 1997年为第一组 ,1998年～ 2 0 0 0年为第二组 )进行统计分析。结果　第一组拔牙比例是 5 0 .0 % ,第二组拔牙比例是 38.8%。安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合拔牙比例较其他类型的错牙合高 ,两组分别是 6 9.8%和 6 8.8% ;双尖牙的拔除占总拔牙数的百分比最高 ,两组分别是 95 .9%和 94 .3%。结论　 1995年～ 2 0 0 0年拔牙比例发生较大变化 ,拔牙比例减少主要受矫治理念的影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the use of extraction of teeth in orthodontic treatment and the changes of extraction proportion.over the past few years.Methods 400 patients with malocclusion and in permanent dentition were selected and divided into two groups(the cases from 1995 to 1997 were the first group,cases from 1998 to 2000 were the second group).Statistical analysis was conducted on these cases.Results The extraction proportion of the first group was 50.0 %,the second group was 38.8 %.Extraction proportion of Angle class Ⅱ 1 malccolusion was higher than other malocclusion(the first group was 69.8 %,second was 68.8 %).Extraction proportion of the premolar was the highest(the first group was 95.9 %,the second was 94.3 %).Conclusion From 1995 to 2001,the extraction proportion had great change in our department,the reduction of extraction proportion was mainly affected by the concept of treatment.更多还原
