【摘要】 目的　探讨片段弓技术在拔牙矫治中的作用。方法　应用片段弓技术矫治 2 0例患者 ,矫治前、矫治中拍摄头颅定位的侧位片 ,通过X线头影测量分析矫治前 ,矫治中头颅侧位片 ,记录尖牙远中移动疗程。结果　上下切牙倾斜度减小 ,下颌平面角减小 ,有显著性统计学意义。而SNA、SNB矫治前、矫治中无显著变化。结论　片段弓技术提高了拔牙病例的矫治效率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of segmental arch technique during orthodontic treatment with extraction of teeth.Methods 20 cases with extraction of teeth were treated by segmental arch technique and lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken at pre-treatment(T1)and the achievement of canines distalization(T2).Radiographs were traced and analyzed,and the progress of canine distalization was recorded.Results The inclination of upper and lower incisors and the angle of mandibular plane were significantly reduced.There is no significant difference in SNA and SNB during treatment.Conclusion Segmental arch technique increases the efficiency of orthodontic treatment with extraction cases.更多还原
