【摘要】 目的　探讨单核 /巨噬细胞在口腔扁平苦藓中的作用。方法　利用细胞增殖法检测OLP患者外周血中单核 /巨噬细胞的ADCC效应。结果　OLP患者单核 /巨噬细胞的ADCC效应明显低于对照组。结论　说明OLP患者存在着免疫功能低下 ,同时支持OLP可能为免疫功能低下性疾病更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of mononuclear-macrophages in oral lichen planus (OLP).Methods Peripheral blood was collected from patients with OLP,and the ADCC effect of mononuclear-macrophages was investigated with the method of cell proliferation.Results The mononuclear-macrophage’s ADCC effect in OLP patients was obviously lower than the controls.Conclusion Patients with OLP have a lower immunologic function ,and OLP may be a disease of lower immunologic function.更多还原
