【摘要】 目的　比较金属洁治器和碳纤维洁治器对钛表面形貌的影响。方法　在磨光后的纯钛铸件表面分别用金属洁治器和碳纤维洁治器洁治 ,用肉眼、扫描电镜和表面形貌轮廓仪检测表面形貌的变化。结果　结论纯钛铸件表面形貌经过两种洁治器处理后都有改变 ,但是金属洁治器的影响比碳纤维洁治器明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the damages made by metal-tip or carbon-tip ultrasonic instrumentation on casting of pure titanium.Methods After polishing,the surfaces of the casting of pure titanium strips were scaled using metal-tip or carbon-tip ultrasonic instruments.The surface profile of titanium samples were checkd by naked eyes?SEM and Profilometer before and after instrumentation.Results & Conclusion All of metal-tip and carbon-tip ultrasonic instrumentation had apparent scratches on the surfaces of the pure titanium.Carbon-tip instrumentation has less damages on the surfaces of pure titanium than metal-tip instrumentation.更多还原
