【摘要】 目的评价强的松龙与地塞米松两种不同制剂的皮质激素经硬膜外腔给药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法随机将121例患者分为两组,一组硬膜外腔用药时给予强的松龙,另一组用地塞米松,在疗程结束后统计临床治疗效果。结果两组患者经硬膜外腔给药治疗后强的松龙组的临床有效率为89%,地塞米松组为90%,两组间治疗有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论两种不同制剂的皮质激素在硬膜外腔给药治疗椎间盘突出症时疗效相当,均能消除神经根水肿、松解神经根粘连、解除髓核对神经根的压迫而起到临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of treatment with epidural different steroid inje ction(prednisolonum,dexamethasonum)in disc protrusion.Methods To divide the 121patients into two groups at random.one group using the pr ednisolonum and the other using dexamethasonum to inject into the ep idural.Ending the treatment to measure effective rates.Results The two groups had same effective rate and two groups were insignificant in Chi Square.Conclusion It is equate effectiveness in treatm ent the lumbar disc herniation using two steroids.更多还原
