大鼠海马神经细胞粘附分子和胶质原纤维酸性蛋白的表达与癫痫形成相关神经元可塑性的相关性研究(英文)
Correlation between expression of GFAP and NCAM and plasticity of epileptog enesis-correlative neurons in hippocampus of rats
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between gliosis,synap ti c reorganizat ion and the mechanism of chronic epil epsy induced by pentylenetra zol kindling in rats.Methods Pentylenetetrazol(PTZ 35mg /kg intraperitoneal injection,daily)by kindling rats,expression of GFAP and NCAM by immunohistoc hemi cal staining between control group a nd drug group.Results During PTZ-kin dling of rats before t he occurrence of spontaneous seizure c onfirmed by behavi or and EEG,hippocampus appeared reactive gliosis and plasticity of neurons,mai ly in the CA 3 subfield and hilus,distinctively c ompared with that without using PTZ(P <0.05).Conclusion The injecticn of pentylenetetrazol can cause reactive g liosis and plasticity of neurons,probably form the abnormal discharge circuit, finally ind uce the seizures.
