普通钢板与点状接触钛金属板内固定术后板下组织学改变的对比观察

【摘要】 目的比较观察普通钢板与点状接触钛板内固定术后板下组织的构成及其形态学改变。方法选择一组踝关节骨折和桡骨远端骨折切开复位内固定的病例,术后6个月骨折愈合,在板钉取除手术时切取5mm×5mm的板下组织,根据手术选用的内固定材料分为普通钢板螺钉和点状接触钛板螺钉两组进行切片,HE和Mason染色后行组织学观察。结果普通钢板下的组织增生明显,胶原纤维排列紊乱,有核细胞数量多,血管丰富;纯钛金属板下也有组织增生,胶原纤维排列比普通钢板有序,血管增生活跃,但少于普通钢板组。结论点状接触钛板对板下组织的影响较普通钢板轻,可能更有利于骨血运的重建及骨愈合。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the histological and morphological changes of tissue under the g eneral steel plate and Titanium LC-D C Plate.Method A group of patients with malleolar an d distal radial fractures who were tr eated with ORIF were selected.After post-operative 6months when the fracture has achieved healing,5mm ×5mm tissue under the p late was incised during the plate rem oval.According to the material used for internal fixation,the tissue samples were divided int o two groups:tissue under general pl ates and tissue under LC-DC Plates;the slides were prepared and stained with HE and Mason Stains,finally the histological changes were observed under the microscope.Results The hyperplasia of the tissue under t he general plate was prominent,the c ollagen fibers were randomly arranged,the nucleated cells and blood vessels were plentiful.The tissue u nder the Titanium LC-DC Plate also sh owed hyperplasia,the arrangement o f the collagen fibers were better than in the general steel plate,the b lood vessels were also plentiful but less than that in the steel plate.Conclusion The effect of Titanium LC-DC Plate to the underlying tissue was smaller than with the general ste el plate.It may be more beneficial fo r the reconstruction of the blood vessels and fracture.
