【摘要】 目的磁石枕治疗顽固性幻听疗效与经颅多普勒超声学变化关系。方法磁石枕、氯氮平两组患者在入组前及治疗3个月后经颅多普勒超声学检测对比。结果顽固性幻听患者入组前PCA、VA、BA的Vm、Vs、Vd明显低于正常人,而PI、RI明显高于正常人,经磁石枕治疗后各项指标趋于正常。氯氮平组则改善不明显。结论磁石枕的疗效与PCA、VA、BA的脑血流速度改善有密切关系。这可能是PCA、VA、BA所供应其相关脑区的血流量变化与幻听的发生、缓解、消失有着密切联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To explore the relation between the efficacy treated obstinate auditory hallucinations with magnetic pillow and the change of ultrosonic device Doppler equipment.Methods The group patients were tested using ultrosonic device Doppler equipment through brain before and after 3 months treatment.Results The Vm,Vs,Vd of PCA,VA,BA were significantly lower than normal.After the treatment with magnetic pillow all index was similar to normal.After the treatment with clozapine the change wasn’t significant.Conclusions The efficacy of magnetic pillow was associated with the change of blood speed in PCA,VA,BA.It is suggested that there was relation between the change of blood speed in PCA,VA,BA and the appear effect and disappear of auditory hallucinations.更多还原
