【摘要】 本文简单介绍了电子政务的基本概念、国内外发展概况,分析了电子政务发展的难点所在以及中国推行电子政务应该重点解决的一些问题。

【Abstract】 The article analyzes the basic concepts and the development of the E-governance in the world,and attempts to study the main difficulties in implementing of E-governance in China.
