【摘要】 目的 :评价醒脑静对颅脑损伤患者生存质量的影响。方法 :将 60例颅脑损伤患者分为治疗组和对照组 ,各 30例 ,分别给予醒脑静和脑康复治疗 ,治疗前及治疗后第 14天进行评分 ,观察疗效。结果 :治疗后两组神经功能缺陷评分下降 ( P<0 .0 1) ,Barthel指数升高 ( P <0 .0 1) ,且治疗组Barthel指数显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :醒脑静可显著提高颅脑损伤患者的生存质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:It is to evaluate the effects of XINGNAOJING on life quality of cranial injury patients. Methods: The patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. XINGNAOJING and NAOFUKANG were given respectively. The score was evaluated and the results were gained before treatment and at the fourteenth day after treatment. Results: The score of nerve function defect decreased ( P < 0.01 ) and Barthel index increased ( P <0.01) after treatment in two groups. The index of treatment group has the significant difference from that of control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion:XINGNAOJING can significantly improve the life quality of cranial injury patients.更多还原
