【摘要】 目的 :探讨高龄食管、贲门癌患者的生理特点和手术治疗的可行性。方法 :对 92例 70岁以上食管、贲门癌患者在全麻下施行食管癌根治术。结果 :92例患者发生术后并发症 18例 ,占 2 0 % ;痊愈 90例 ,占 97.8% ;死亡 2例 ,占 2 .2 %。结论 :年龄非手术禁忌因素 ,对 ～ 期高龄食管、贲门癌患者 ,尽量争取手术根治 ,只要严格掌握手术指征、正确处理围术期并发症 ,手术治疗是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: It is to explore the physiological characteristics and the feasibility of operative treatment of aged patients with esophageal carcinoma and cardiac carcinoma. Methods: Ninety-two aged over seventy patients with esophageal carcinoma and cardiac carcinoma received esophageal carcinoma radical surgery under general anesthesia. Results: After operation, 18 patients had postoperative complications, and the rate was 20%. Ninety patients were cured, and the rate was 97.8% . Two patients died, and the rate was 2.2%. Conclusion: Age is not the contraindication of the surgery. It is better to try radical surgery on the aged patients with esophageal carcinoma and cardiac carcinoma from Ⅰ to Ⅲ stag. Operative treatment is applicable so long as the indications of surgery strictly mastered and the complications of the peri-operation correctly dealed with.更多还原
