纳米TiO2的制备与光催化降解苯酚性能

【摘要】 以硫酸钛为原料采用强迫水解法制备了纳米TiO2,用XRD、TEM研究了二氧化钛的热处理过程。结果表明,在573-873 K TiO2微粒呈锐钛矿结构,粒径为8-20 nm,在1073 K时TiO2微粒出现锐钛矿与金红石型混晶结构,粒径增大至34 nm。采用紫外光对20 ng/L苯酚溶液进行光降解实验表明,673 K焙烧制得的锐钛矿结构TiO2具有高的催化活性,反应3.5 h苯酚降解率达到99.6%,其降解符合零级动力学规律;随热处理温度升高至1 073 K时,粒径增大聚集,出现金红石相,光催化活性迅速下降。

【Abstract】 TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared from Ti(SO4)2 by forced hydrolysis of boiling reflux conditions. Heating treatment process of TiO2 was studied by using XRD and TEM. It was found that fine particles of TiO2 had anatase structure in size of about 8 - 20 run after heating treatment at 573 - 873 K, and the composite structure of anatase and rutile with size of 34 nm at 1 073 K. The photocatalytic degradation of 20 mg/L of phenol aqueous solution was studied by using UV. Results show that the photocatalytic activity of nanoparticles with anatase structure after heating treatment at 673 K is highest irregularly, the photocatalytic degradation percentage of phenol reaches 99.6 % after reacting for 3 .5 h. With heating treatment temperature rising to 1 073 K,TiO2 nanoparticles would become agglomerated and rutile structure,but the photocatalytic activity decreased obviously.
