生物法净化有机废气研究进展

【摘要】 评述了国内外有关生物法净化有机废气研究的现状及进展,介绍了生物过滤器、生物滴滤器、生物冲刷塔、膜生物反应器和活性污泥法等生物净化技术以及气升式环流反应器在有机废气生物净化中的应用,其中生物过滤器在目前应用最为广泛。指出今后应进一步深化和拓展生物工程技术(如激光诱变技术、基因重组技术、代谢工程、细胞固定化技术等)应用于有机废气处理中的研究;研制并开发出新型膜材料、高性能膜组件;改造化工行业中普遍使用的多相反应器;深入研究生物反应器处理有机废气过程的局部性能;及时开展中试及工业级试验研究。

【Abstract】 Development of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) treatment using biological methods at home and abroad is reviewed. Biological purification technologies such as biofilter, biotrickling filter, bioscrubber, membrane bioreactor, activated sludge and the application of airlift loop bioreactor in volatile organic compound treatment are introduced, especially the widely-used biofilters. Developing tendency is previewed and suggestions on research are put forward. It is pointed out the bioengineer-ing technology should be further deepened and exploited applying bioengineering and such biotechnology as laser mutation, generecombination,metabolic engineering,immobilized-cell should be applied in the study of VOCs treatment; developing new material and groupware for membrane bioreactors; retrofiting and optimizing multiphase reactors which are widely used in chemical industry; doing deep research on local performance in bio-reactor in VOCs treatment;carrying out experimental study both at medium scale and industrial scale in time.
