【摘要】 聚四亚甲基醚二醇 (PTMEG)是生产氨纶和聚氨酯弹性体的重要原料之一。介绍了全球PTMEG的生产和消费情况及主要生产商的竞争态势。 2 0 0 1年全球产能已达 2 5万t/a ,预计 2 0 0 6年将超过 42 .2万t/a。我国目前没有PTMEG产品生产 ,所需PTMEG全部依赖进口 ,预计 2 0 0 5年需求量将超过 1 .8万t。建议国内尽快建设PTMEG工业化生产装置 ,以满足聚氨酯 (主要是氨纶 )生产发展的需要更多还原

【Abstract】 Polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG) is one of important materials for production of spandex and thermoplastic polyurethanes elastomer (PU).Production capacity,consumption of PTMEG and competitive situation of the producers are introduced.The global production capacity of PTMEG was 0.25 million tons in 2001 and will be over 0.422 million tons in 2006. China has no production capacity of PTMEG by now,so all PTMEG consumed in China is imported.Demand for PTMEG in China will be over 18 thousand tons in 2005.It is suggested that PTMEG industrial unit should be built as soon as possible to meet the demand for PU (spandex mainly) production.更多还原
