P21WAF1/CIP1、CyclinE、PCNA在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达与临床意义

【摘要】 目的 :探讨P2 1WAF1/CIP1、CyclinE、PCNA在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组化S P法检测P2 1WAF1/CIP1、CyclinE、PCNA在 2 0例良性、10例交界性、5 5例恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达 ,并分析它们与恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤临床病理指标的关系。结果 :(1)P2 1WAF1/CIP1在良性、交界性至恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达逐渐降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;CyclinE、PCNA的表达结果则相反 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1) ;(2 )在卵巢上皮癌中P2 1WAF1/CIP1与CyclinE、PCNA的表达呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 ,r =- 0 .196;P <0 .0 0 1,r=- 0 .2 6) ;CyclinE与PCNA的表达呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ,r =0 .13) ;(3)P2 1WAF1/CIP1表达与卵巢上皮癌的早期、高中分化、无淋巴转移、无腹水均有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CyclinE则相反 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;PCNA的表达阳性率与低分化、有淋巴转移均有关系 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与临床分期、有无腹水无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但强阳性率在晚期、有腹水组明显高于早期、无腹水组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :P2 1WAF1/CIP1低表达、CyclinE和PCNA的高表达在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的形成和发展中起重要作用

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expressions of P 21 WAF1/CIP 1,CyclinE and PCNA in epithelial ovarian neoplasms and their clinical significance.Methods:The expressions of P 21 WAF1/CIP 1,CyclinE and PCNA protein in 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor,10 cases of borderline ovarian tumor and 55 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma were analyzed by immunohistochemistry technique.The relationships between the expressions and clinicopathological features were studied.Results: (1) The positive rate of P 21 WAF1/CIP 1 decreased from benign,borderline to malignant epithelinal ovarian tumors(P<0.01),while CyclinE and PCNA expressed inversely (P<0.01,P<0.01).(2)The expression of P 21 WAF1/CIP 1 was negative correlated with expressions of cyclinE and PCNA in epithelial ovarian neoplasms(P<0.05,r=-0.196;P<0.001,r=-0.26).The exp ression of CyclinE was positively correlated with that of PCNA in ovarian cancer (P<0.05,r= 0.13).(3)In epithelial ovarian neoplasms,the expression of P 21 WAF1/CIP 1 was associated with early stage,high grade,negative lymphnode,negative ascites(P<0.05);while CyclinE showed inversely(P<0.05).The positive rate of PCNA was associated with low grade and positive lymphnode(P<0.05),but not associated with clinical stage and ascites(P>0.05).The strong positive expression of PCNA related to late stage,positive ascites(P<0.05). Conclusions:P 21 WAF1/CIP 1,CyclinE,PCNA may play important roles in oncogenesis and progression of epithelial ovarian cancers.
