【摘要】 目的 :探讨利用宫腔内人工受精和体外受精 胚胎移植治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法 :多囊卵巢综合征 5 6例 ,其中CC/hMG/IUI治疗组 2 8例 ,hMG/IUI治疗组 14例 ,IVF ET治疗组 14例。比较 3组患者的年龄、不孕年限、E2 水平、卵泡数及妊娠率。结果 :CC/hMG/IUI、hMG/IUI和IVF ET 3组的年龄及不孕年限无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。CC/hMG/IUI组与hMG/IUI组的卵泡数无差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,两组的E2 水平与妊娠率也无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。CC/hMG/IUI组的卵泡数明显少于IVF ET组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,E2 水平也显著低于IVF ET组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,CC/hMG/IUI组的妊娠率与IVF ET组无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。hMG/IUI组的卵泡数显著低于IVF ET组 (P <0 .0 1) ,E2 水平也显著低于IVF ET组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,hMG/IUI组与IVF ET组的妊娠率无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :CC/hMG/IUI组与hMG/IUI方案在降低卵巢过激危险和治疗费用的同时可获得较高的妊娠率 ,有可能成为治疗多囊卵巢综合征较理想的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the clinical effect of intrauterine insemination and IVF ET on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods:56 patients suffered from the PCOS were divided into three groups;28 cases with CC/hMG/IUI,14 cases with hMG/IUI,14 cases with IVF ET.The patients’age,infertility age,E 2,number of follicle and pregnant rate were measured to find the best way to cure the PCOS.Results: The age and infertility age among CC/hMG/IUI,hMG/IUI and IVF ET had no diffrence (P>0.05).The follicle number between CC/hMG/IUI and hMG/IUI had no difference (P>0.05) and the E 2 level and pregnant rate bwteen the two group also had no difference (P>0.05).The follicle number and E 2 of CC/hMG/IUI group were less than those of IVF ET (P<0.001),but the pregnant rate between the two groups also had no diffrence (P>0.05).The follicle number and E 2 of hMG/IUI were less than those of IVF ET(P<0.01,P<0.001),but the pregnant rate between the two groups had no difference (P>0.05). Conclusions:The follicle number and E 2 level of CC/hMG/IUI and hMG/IUI are less than those of IVF ET, but the pregnant rate has no difference among the three groups.CC/hMG/IUI and hMG/IUI can get the higher pregnant rate while reducing rate of the OHSS and the cost,so IUI may become a desired way to cure the PCOS.更多还原
