【摘要】 目的:报告１２例泪囊鼻腔吻合术失败原因分析及处理方法,以提高本手术的成功率．方法:对１２例手术失败病例进行原因分析．结果:手术失败的病历有４例为骨孔过小,骨桥,位置不当,４例泪囊未切开,另外４例为先天异常,血块阻塞,前后壁粘连．结论:１２例手术失败多为手术技巧问题而造成,如能认识到这些问题,将提高手术成功率．更多还原

【Abstract】 ve: To analyze the reasons of dacryocyst and nasal cavity anastomosis failure and management so that to improve the operative successful rate. Methods: 12 cases were analyzed in operative failure reasons. Results: The reasons in 4/12 were small bone foramina and improper location of bone brigde, in 4 of them were un-incision of dacryocyst. in 4 of them were congenital abnormality with bloody mass obstruction and adhesion of anterior and posterior walls. Conclusion: The failure were caused by operative technique. The recognition of this problem might improve the successful rate.更多还原
