【摘要】 目的:评价切开复位内固定对跟骨关节内骨折的治疗效果．方法:使用自制“山”形钢板对４７例５９侧跟骨骨折进行治疗,骨折分型采用Ｓａｎｄｅｒｓ分型法,５９侧均获随访、随访时间３个月~３６个月,平均１３个月．结果:按Ｍａｒｙｌａｎｄ足部评分系统功能本组５９侧骨折中,优３０例,良２５例、可４例,优良率９３．２%．结论:对于关节面有移位的跟骨骨折应尽可能行切开复位内固定术．更多还原

【Abstract】 ve: To evaluate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation for calcaneal fracture. Methods: "山"-shaped plate were used in 59 calcaneal fracture of 47 patients. Those fractures were classified according to Sanedrs classiflcation.Fiftynine fracture were followed up from 3months-36 months(average 13 months). Results: Results were evaluated using the Maryland Foot Score, and excellent results occurred in 30, good 25, fair in 4, the rate of excellent and good clinical result were 93.2%. Conclusion: Open reduction and internal fixation should be considered fully in all calcaneal fracture with intra-articular surface displacement.更多还原
