【摘要】 目的：研究弹力纤维反应对乳腺癌预后的影响．方法：通过对乳腺癌病理切片进行Ｍａｓｓｏｎ、ＶＧ染色并进行光键现察．把乳腺癌弹力纤维反应分为四级０，＋，＋＋，＋＋＋，并根据远离癌区域有无弹力纤维反应分为：周围弹力纤维反应（０）和周围弹力纤维反应（＋）．结果：乳腺病弹力纤维反应阳性（＋～＋＋＋）病例，其淋巴结转移率（５７．６％）明显高于弹力纤维反应阴性病例（１７．１％），两者之间差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）．乳腺癌淋巴结阳性率与弹力纤维分级数呈正相关．周围弹力纤维反应（＋）病例，其淋巴结阳性率（７８．８％）明显高于本组平均淋巴结阳性率（４５．８％）．两者之间差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）．结论：弹力纤维反应可作为乳腺癌预后的一项指标，可能预示乳腺癌的浸润与转移．尤其是远离癌灶区城的弹力纤维反应可能更有意义．更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study effect of prognosis of the breast cancer by elastic fiber reaction. Methods: 120 cases breast cancer were investigated at light microscope level and stained Masson and VG, and elastic fiber reaction of breast cancer was separated into four grades (0, +, ++ ,+++); According to reaction elastic fiber was separated into positive reaction(+) and negative reaction(0). Results: Lymph node metastasis rate of elastic fiber positive reaction (57.6%) was higher than negative reaction (17.1 %). There was significant difference (P<0.0 1). Lymph node metastasis of breast cancer was strongly related to grade of elastic fiber reaction. Lymph node metastasis rate of around elastic fiber positive reaction was higher than average of all cases. There is significant difference too (P<0.01). Conclusion: Elastic fiber reaction was related to the prognosis of breast cancer. It indicated infiltration and metastasis of breast cancer. It indicated infiltration and metastasis of breast cancer. It was more important elastic fiber reaction away cancer nidus.更多还原
